Falcon Oil & Gas has announced that the Beetaloo Joint venture has signed a Binding Agreement for a long-term Gas Sales Agreement to supply the Northern Territory Government with 14.6 PJ (13.8 BCF) per annum from the proposed Shenandoah South Pilot Project for an initial term of nine years, with a Buyer’s option to extend for a further six-and-a-half years. -

Kistos has announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of EDF Energy (Gas Storage) from EDF Energy (Thermal Generation). The assets acquired comprise of two gas storage facilities onshore in the UK, Hill Top Farm and Hole House Farm, for a total consideration of £25 million. -

TotalEnergies and the Oman National Oil Company have announced the Final Investment Decision (FID) of the Marsa LNG project. TotalEnergies had signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Oman LNG to offtake 0.8 Mtpa of LNG for ten years from 2025, making the Company one of the main offtakers of Oman LNG's production.
