22 Apr 24	Oman: Technip Energies awarded a substantial contract for TotalEnergies and OQ’s Marsa LNG Project in Oman Technip Energies has been awarded a substantial contract by TotalEnergies and OQ for the Marsa LNG bunkering project located in Sohar, Oman. The contract covers Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a natural gas liquefaction train with an LNG production capacity of 1 Mtpa.
22 Apr 24	Brazil: Seacrest Petroleo announces first quarter 2024 production and offtake update Seacrest Petroleo’s net production of oil and natural gas averaged 8,377 boepd in Q1 2024, 2% higher than the production in the Q4 of 2023, and 3.6 times the production in the Q1 of 2023. Production from the first two infill wells drilled at the Inhambu field has commenced. The Company is in the process of analysing the stabilised production performance and will apply the info to future wells as part of its 300-well infill drilling program, the largest such project onshore Brazil.

22 Apr 24	Oman: TotalEnergies launches the Marsa LNG project and deploys its multi-energy strategy in the Sultanate of Oman TotalEnergies and the Oman National Oil Company have announced the Final Investment Decision (FID) of the Marsa LNG project. TotalEnergies had signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Oman LNG to offtake 0.8 Mtpa of LNG for ten years from 2025, making the Company one of the main offtakers of Oman LNG's production.

Hanz is operated by Aker BP, with Equinor and Sval Energy as partners. Hanz is a subsea field development tied into the Ivar Aasen platform about 15 kms further south.
