• Responsible for all administrative aspects of the project, such as the recruitment and training of field personnel/enumerators,
• Overall project financial management and payment of enumerators/contractors, procurement of office supplies, logistics and transportation, and project performance monitoring.
.• Managing all Municipal’s Funds received from Central Government, Own Sources and Donors.
• Sometimes Acting as Municipal Treasurer
• Advising Municipal Treasurer on Strategies and better means to ensure revenue are collected
• To prepare Monthly and Quarterly Report on Income and Expenditure
. To prepare Council Annual Budget using Planning and Reporting Program (PlanRep2).
