Ukraine orders Naftogaz to borrow $1 bln to create gas fund
Ukraine has ordered state-run energy firm Naftogaz to borrow $1 billion to create a fund to finance the purchase, transport and storage of gas, the government said. Ukraine imported about 19.5 bcm of gas in 2014, a large part of which came from Russia, with whom it has a pricing dispute.
