03 Feb 26	UK: PS Renewables receives planning permission for the Northorpe Fen Solar Farm near Bourne, Lincolnshire PS Renewables has announced that the Northorpe Fen Solar Farm near Bourne, Lincolnshire has received planning permission from South Kesteven District Council. Once operational it will generate renewable energy of the equivalent electricity required to power 7,000 homes.
03 Feb 26	Finder Energy provides an update in relation to the Petrojarl I FPSO Finder Energy has provided an update in relation to the Petrojarl I FPSO. To reduce holding costs, the PJI has been successfully relocated from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to a lower-cost lay-up facility in Granadilla, Tenerife. The relocation, Finder’s first large-scale infrastructure operation for the Kuda Tasi and Jahal Development Project, was completed safely, with the Skandi Minder contracted to tow the vessel approx. 110km to the Port of Granadilla.

The agreements were signed at the meeting of global energy sector leaders, which took place last week in the city of Goa, India.

03 Feb 26	Germany: TenneT Holding reaches agreement with German government on sale of stake in TenneT Germany TenneT Holding has reached an agreement with Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), acting on behalf of the German government, on the sale of a 25.1% stake in TenneT Germany for approx. EUR 3.3 billion. This investment strengthens the financial position of TenneT Germany as the owner of strategic infrastructure in Germany.

The biorefinery will have a capacity of 500,000 tonnes per year and will offer extensive operational flexibility for the production of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF-Biojet).

Work on final hook-up of the mobile offshore production unit (MOPU) and the floating storage & offloading unit (FSO) is progressing.
03 Feb 26	Ørsted signs agreement with CIP to divest its European onshore business, finalising divestment programme as planned Ørsted, the global leader in offshore wind, has signed an agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), through its fifth flagship fund, Copenhagen Infrastructure V (CI V), to divest its entire European onshore business. The total value of the transaction is EUR 1.44 billion (DKK 10.7 billion) with expected closing in Q2 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

03 Feb 26	Norway: OKEA Q4 2025 financial results In the fourth quarter of 2025, OKEA delivered operating income of USD 107 (224) million and EBITDA of USD 50 (117) million. The net loss of USD 18 (37) million was largely a result of a significant underlift and impairments. The net cash position was USD 13 (123) million.

CCS captures CO2 from large industrial sources, such as steelworks and power stations, and injects it into rock formations over 800 m deep.
