Cote d'Ivoire: DNO divests Côte d’Ivoire business, streamlines portfolio and realizes strong returns
DNO, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has announced the sale of DNO CI LLC, the company through which DNO holds its interests in Côte d’Ivoire, to Panoro Energy ASA. Total consideration amounts to USD 86.5 million, comprising USD 65.1 million in cash and the balance in 7,000,000 Panoro shares to be issued.

Norway: Aker BP acquires interests in the Losgann/Froskelår and Slagugle discoveries
Aker BP has entered into two separate transactions that strengthen its positions close to existing infrastructure on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. In the North Sea, the company has agreed to acquire Apache’s interest in the Losgann/Froskelår discovery near the Alvheim area. In the Norwegian Sea, it has agreed to acquire operatorship and a majority interest in the Slagugle area, close to the Skarv field.

Santos announces half-year results for 2026
Santos has announced its half-year results for 2026, reflecting a period of transition for the company as the Pikka project commenced production, Barossa continued to progress through commissioning and ramp-up, underpinned by the base business which performed strongly. First-half production was 45.6 mmboe, up 3 per cent on the prior corresponding period. Sales revenue was $2.6 billion, EBITDAX was $1.6 billion and free cash flow from operations was $378 million.
