Tanzania: Aminex announces an agreement on the sequencing and implementation of the Ntorya gas development
Aminex has reached an agreement on a revised implementation programme for the Ntorya gas development following a meeting with the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy. The schedule includes workover of the Ntorya-1 well in October 2026, testing of the Ntorya-2 well in November 2026, and drilling of the new Ntorya-Central well in December 2026, with first gas from Ntorya-1 and Ntorya-2 targeted for December 2026.

UK: Orcadian enters into a joint development agreement for the Earlham and Orwell developments
AIM-listed Orcadian has entered into a non-exclusive, joint development agreement with an American developer of offshore data centre infrastructure.The Agreement establishes a 90-day process to enable due diligence, commercial validation and negotiation of a definitive Earlham and Orwell energy-to-compute transaction.

Australia: Georgina Energy announces Hussar EP513 pre-drilling civil engineering update
Georgina Energy, a helium, hydrogen and natural gas exploration and development company with strategic permits in Australia, confirms that civil engineering contractors on site at the Hussar prospect have completed setting the 20-inch conductor pipe ahead of drilling at the Hussar prospect.

US: Subsea7 awarded contract offshore US
Subsea7 thas announced a sizeable contract award from LLOG Exploration Company LLC (a subsidiary of Harbour Energy) for the Who Dat East development in the US Gulf. The project is located in lease MC 509-1, at a water depth of approx. 1,300 metres.

Indonesia: RH Petrogas confirms oil and gas-condensate resources at Northwest Klagagi 1 well
RH Petrogas has provided an update on the results of the well testing programme for the Northwest Klagagi-1 ('NWK-1') well in Indonesia. Well testing results from the Upper Kais formation in the NWK-1 well demonstrated strong gas condensate deliverability and revealed an unexpected oil opportunity. The Group will undertake additional reservoir evaluation work to firm up the appropriate development strategy for the Northwest Klagagi Field.

Netherlands: First monopile successfully installed at OranjeWind offshore wind farm

Germany: Sandbank awarded as the best offshore wind farm operational in 2025
The Vattenfall Offshore Wind Farm Sandbank was awarded 'Best Operating Offshore Wind Farm 2025' at the 15th Offshore Wind Economic Forum in Sylt. Sandbank is the second joint project between Vattenfall and Stadtwerke München, following the completion of DanTysk in 2014. Vattenfall owns 51% of Sandbank, while Stadtwerke München owns the remaining 49%.

Germany: Halftime on the high seas: half of turbines for Nordseecluster A offshore wind farm installed
RWE celebrated the halfway point on the high seas as the 22nd wind turbine was installed around 50 kms north of the German island of Juist and half of the turbines for the first construction phase of the Nordseecluster are now in place. Each of the Vestas turbines has a capacity of up to 15 megawatts (MW).

UK onshore wind project pipeline reaches 50 gigawatt milestone
RenewableUK latest EnergyPulse Onshore Wind report shows that the total capacity of the UK’s pipeline of onshore wind farms at any stage of development, including projects at an early stage of development through to those which are fully operational has reached a milestone of 50 gigawatts. One gigawatt of onshore wind generates enough electricity to meet the annual needs of over 650,000 UK homes.
