Saudi Arabia: SLB awarded four multi-year integrated well construction contracts by Aramco Global energy technology company SLB has been awarded four integrated well construction contracts by Aramco to support oil and gas development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the contracts, SLB will manage end-to-end well construction services, delivering more than 450 wells in the three-year term, with an optional extension of up to two years. |

Oman: SLB awarded major contract by OQEP for Integrated Facility Expansion in Oman SLB has been awarded a contract by OQ Exploration & Production (OQEP) to deliver the Bisat-B Expansion Production Facility in Oman. Tanzania: Aminex provides an operational update on the Ntorya gas development Aminex has provided an operational update on the Ntorya gas development in Tanzania. Aminex's wholly owned subsidiary, Ndovu Resources, and ARA Petroleum Tanzania, operator of the Ruvuma PSA, recently met to consider the revised work programme and budget for 2026 and the provisional work programme and budget for 2027. The JV approved both work programmes and budgets, with gross expenditure of up to US$75 million projected across the remainder of 2026 and 2027. |

Liberia: Bounty Oil & Gas announces strategic entry into Liberia Bounty Oil & Gas has entered into a binding share sale agreement to acquire all of the issued units in PetroQuest Liberia Deep Water. PetroQuest holds a letter of engagement with the National Oil Company of Liberia ('NOCAL'), pursuant to which the NOCAL will negotiate and enter into a production sharing contract with the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority ('LPRA') in respect of Block LB-32, a deepwater exploration block located in the Harper Basin, offshore the Republic of Liberia. |
