Key job responsibilities and accountabilities include:

•In consultation with Field subsurface team define the work scope, schedule and direct the work of the Company’s Petrophysicists working on the Field LNG project. Also, define the work scope, schedule and monitor ⁄ supervise consultant activities for Field petrophysical studies.
•Ensure all external Field petrophysical activities are fully covered by Company approved legal documentation (e.g. confidentiality agreements, contracts).
•Provide input into the business plan and budgets regarding Field petrophysical studies and activities.
•Accountable for Field petrophysical studies budget. Track cost and spend levels within the Field petrophysical studies budget to ensure financial ⁄ budgetary compliance.
•Deliver the strategic targets agreed for the Field subsurface team in terms of study commitments and contribution to key milestone reviews (Theme ⁄ Concept Select, FEED, FID).
•Develop annual performance agreements, conduct periodic and annual performance reviews, recommend training and personal development ⁄ promotions for members of the Field LNG project petrophysical team.
•Assure that Field petrophysical tasks are handled efficiently by multiple team members.
•Coordinate technical meetings ⁄ reviews within Company and with Joint Venture Partners on Field petrophysics.
•Identify and evaluate new technologies and study opportunities which will enhance the value of the Field LNG project.
•Recommend petrophysical ⁄ geological data acquisition opportunities, new technology applications and technical services for the Field LNG project. Assure the delivery of quality products and services at competitive rates
•Provide petrophysical input in the preparation of fully integrated subsurface static modelling efforts.
•Supervise and assure the preparation and quality of the Field LNG project petrophysical reports. Prepare recommendations for additional analysis and studies.
•Ensure timely distribution via Field Document Control of approved Field petrophysical reports to Joint Venture Partners.
•Maximise synergies and avoid overlaps with other Company petrophysical groups..
•Perform any other tasks or related duties as directed by the Field Subsurface Manager.
•Build strategic relationships with other companies that can enhance our success.
•Maintain and improve industry contacts that produce preferred status for the Field LNG Project.
•Play an active part in the Field subsurface management team.
•Create a high morale, high productivity Field Petrophysics team that achieves stretch targets.
•Actively contribute to Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives.

Qualifications⁄ Experience: The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:
•A BSc. ⁄MSc. degree in Geosciences.
•A minimum of 12 years experience.
•Highly technically focused.
•Strong mentoring skills.
•Ability to present in front of J.V. partners.
