They were the first in the market to develop geoscience interpretation tools for the Microsoft Windows environment, helping clients accelerate hydrocarbon exploration, collaboration and decision-making. Responsibilities: Handle technical queries from colleagues and clients received into the Technical Support Team…Provide Technical support to clients which may include assisting with workflow queries, installations and data conversions amongst others…Resolve general and complex client inquiries, ranging from basic to advanced technical support functions…Ensure that requests for geoscience support are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Preferences: Geoscience Degree, MSc or PhD preferred…Minimum of 1 year geoscience work experience within the Oil and Gas industry. Preferably in a geoscience support or training role…A good understanding of industry standard software, in particular SMT Kingdom.
