LUKOIL receives offer from Gunvor to purchase international assets
LUKOIL has received an offer from Gunvor Group to purchase LUKOIL International GmbH (100% subsidiary of PJSC 'LUKOIL' which owns international assets of LUKOIL Group). The key terms of the transaction have been earlier agreed by the parties. LUKOIL accepted the offer, having undertaken not to negotiate with other potential buyers. -

Kosmos Energy announces third quarter 2025 results
Kosmos Energy has announced its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2025. For the quarter, the Company generated a net loss of $124 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. When adjusted for certain items that impact the comparability of results, the Company generated an adjusted net loss(1) of $72 million, or $0.15 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2025. -

ExxonMobil announces third-quarter 2025 results
Exxon Mobil Corporation on Oct 31 announced third-quarter 2025 earnings of $7.5 billion, or $1.76 per share assuming dilution. Cash flow from operating activities was $14.8 billion and free cash flow was $6.3 billion. Shareholder distributions totaled $9.4 billion, including $4.2 billion of dividends and $5.1 billion of share repurchases, consistent with the company's announced plans.
