Qatar: Seadrill enters agreement to sell its Qatar Jack-Up Fleet and expands share repurchase program
Seadrill has entered into a definitive agreement to sell three jack-up rigs - the West Castor, the West Telesto and the West Tucana (the 'Qatar Jack-Up Fleet') - and its 50% equity interest in the joint venture that operates these rigs offshore Qatar to Seadrill’s joint venture partner Gulf Drilling International for cash proceeds of $338 million.

Qatar: QatarEnergy to double its LNG production capacity in the next few years
QatarEnergy's CEO said Qatar’s LNG expansion projects are moving ahead on track towards an increased production capacity of 142 million tons per annum, adding that 'with 18 million tons per annum coming from our LNG project in Texas, Qatar will be doubling its LNG production capacity in the next few years.'
