Petrofac has announced that, following publication of the Group’s accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has restored the Company’s Ordinary Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 08.00 on 4 June 2024.
