Venezuela: Repsol agrees on conditions to increase its oil production in Venezuela
Repsol has signed an agreement with the Venezuelan Ministry of Hydrocarbons and the state-owned company Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) that will allow it to increase production of oil at Petroquiriquire (60% PDVSA, 40% Repsol), ensure payment mechanisms, and strengthen the operational framework for its activities in the country, under the Framework Agreement originally signed in 2023.

Tunisia: Scatec starts commercial operation of the 60 MW Tozeur solar power plant in Tunisia
Scatec, a leading renewable energy provider, and Aeolus, part of Toyota Tsusho Group, have reached commercial operations date (COD) of the 60 MW Tozeur solar power plant in Tunisia with retroactive effect from 4 March 2026. The project will generate predictable revenues under a 30-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Tunisian state utility Société Tunisienne de l'Electricité et du Gaz (STEG).
