Falklands: Navitas signs definitive farm-in agreement for JHI's North Falklands licence Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas notes that, further to its announcement on 12 January 2026, Navitas Petroleum, with whom Eco has signed a Framework Agreement related to several assets, has today confirmed that it has signed a definitive farm-in agreement with JHI Associates Inc, in which Eco has a 6.6% interest. Under the farm-in agreement Navitas is to acquire a 65% working interest in the PL001 North Falkland's Basin Licence. |

Falklands: Navitas to farm-in to JHI's North Falklands Basin Licence Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas has announced that Navitas Petroleum, with whom Eco signed a Framework Agreement related to several assets, has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Agreement with JHI Associates Inc, in which Eco currently has a 6.6% interest, for a farm-in to acquire a 65% Working Interest in the PL001 North Falklands Basin Licence. PL001 is adjacent to the Navitas operated Sea Lion Development. |

Falklands: Rockhopper and Navitas have taken a final investment decision on the Sea Lion field, offshore Falklands AIM-listed Rockhopper Exploration, the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, has announced that its Board has taken a final investment decision ('FID') relating to the development of Phase 1 of the Sea Lion field located offshore to the north of the Falkland Islands and has accordingly now sanctioned the Project. |
