||Oman: Tethys Oil spuds exploration well on Block 49 onshore Oman
Tethys Oil has announced that drilling operations of exploration well Thameen-1 on Block 49 onshore the Sultanate of Oman have commenced. The well is planned to be drilled to a depth of about 4,000 meters. Primary target is the Late Ordovician Hasirah Sandstone layer at a depth of 3,500 metres (TVD).

||Oman: Masirah Oil spuds Yumna-2 development well in Block 50 offshore Oman
Rex International subsidiary, Masirah Oil, has spudded a second development well, Yumna-2, in the Yumna field. in Block 50, offshore Oman. A third development well will be drilled back-to-back with Yumna-2. The three production wells in the Yumna field have been positioned to optimally drain the reservoir and maximise recovery.

||Oman: Tethys Oil announces production update October 2020
Tethys Oil’s share of the production, before government take, from Blocks 3 and 4 onshore the Sultanate of Oman amounted in October 2020 to 329,023 barrels of oil, corresponding to 10,614 barrels of oil per day. Oil production in Oman is currently subject to production limitations under the OPEC+ agreement.

||Oman: Tethys Oil farms out onshore Oman Block 49 to EOG Resources
Tethys Oil has entered into an agreement with EOG Resources for EOG to obtain a 50 percent interest in the EPSA covering Block 49 onshore Oman. Under the agreement, EOG will also have the option to assume operatorship of the Block and increase its interest to 85 percent for any operation relating to unconventional hydrocarbon resources.
