Tunisia: Serinus Energy completes Sabria N-2 well workover in Tunisia
Serinus Energy has announced that the workover operations on the Sabria N-2 well in Tunisia have been completed. Upon completion of the testing program the Company will make a further announcement with the testing results.

Tunisia: Serinus Energy announces commencement of N-2 well workover in Tunisia
Serinus Energy has commenced workover operations on the Sabria N-2 well in Tunisia. The operation will recomplete the N-2 well and remove any wellbore restrictions. Thes well was drilled in 1980 but was not able to flow oil to surface due to damage during completion. The Company estimates that a successful workover and recompletion will initially increase gross production from the Sabria field by approx. 420 boe/d.

Panoro Energy has entered into a definitive agreement with Beender Tunisia Petroleum to acquire its 40 percent shareholding in Sfax Petroleum Corporation for a total consideration of approx. USD 18.2 million in a mix of cash and shares.

Tunisia: Serinus Energy preparing to drill Sabria W-1 well workover
Serinus Energy is preparing to install the first submersible pump into the Sabria W-1 well as part of the Company’s Artificial Lift programme for the Sabria field, a large, conventional oilfield which the Company’s independent reservoir engineers have estimated to have approx. 445 million barrels of oil-originally-in-place, of which only 1.0% has been produced to date due to a low rate of development on the field.

Tunisia: Eni announces start of production at the Tataouine photovoltaic plant in Tunisia
Eni has announced the beginning of production at the photovoltaic plant under its operation in Tataouine, southern Tunisia, following connection to the national grid. With an installed capacity of 10 MW, the Tataouine plant will contribute to the country's decarbonisation journey and to Eni's strategy for zeroing GHG emissions by 2050.
