Oceanica Engenharia reports that, between December 2025 and February 2026, it entered into new long-term contracts with Petrobras, with a total value of approximately US$ 736 million (R$ 4.2 billion).
With these new contracts, the Company’s backlog increases to approximately R$ 12 billion, reinforcing Oceânica’s position in the Brazilian offshore services market.
The SDSV vessels Oceanicasub IV, V, VII and IX had their contracts renewed for the provision of subsea services, including Workclass ROVs, electric ROVs and diving operations, for inspection, maintenance and subsea intervention activities.
The Oceanicasub VI vessel was also contracted and will join the Company’s SDSV fleet, expanding its operational capacity for subsea services. In the RSV segment, the Oceanicasub VIII vessel also had its contract renewed.
All contracts have a four-year term, with operations expected to commence in the first half of 2027, operating up to 2031. The execution of these contracts reinforces the continuity of the long-term partnership between the Company and Petrobras, as well as Oceânica’s position in the offshore subsea services market in Brazil.
Oceânica reaffirms its commitment to sustainable growth and to its decades-long partnership with Petrobras, contributing to the efficiency and development of the energy industry in Brazil.
