
Petrobras has announced that it has acquired the two blocks in the Campos Basin for which it submitted bids in the 3rd Cycle of the Permanent Production Sharing Offer of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels (ANP), successfully completing 100% of the submitted proposals.
Petrobras acquired the Jaspe block in partnership with Equinor Brasil Energia Ltda. The consortium will have Petrobras as operator, with a 60 % stake, in partnership with Equinor (40%). Petrobras also fully acquired the Citrino block .
The offer of the percentage of surplus oil to be made available to the Federal Government was the only criterion adopted by the ANP to determine the winning bid, with the fixed amount of the signing bonus already included in the bidding documents.
The signing bonus, to be paid in March 2026 by the company, is approx. R$37 million.
