Deep Value Driller has completed the previously announced agreement to sell the Group's 7th generation mobile offshore drilling vessel 'Deep Value Driller' to Eldorado Drilling. The Transaction was completed today by DVD delivering the Drillship to Eldorado Drilling against receipt of the purchase price for the Drillship.
In connection with closing of the Transaction the Group settled its senior secured term loan facility by payment of the outstanding amount. DVD intends to return all available free cash to its shareholders and will revert in due time with the proposed amounts and procedure for such distributions.
