The Norwegian assets, held by Lime Petroleum AS, have maintained stable operations throughout 2026. Lime has experienced strong interest and received several indicative offers from potential buyers of the Norwegian assets over the last months. Arctic Securities AS has been appointed as financial advisor to manage the sales process and seek to maximize value of a potential sale. A structured sales process for the Norwegian assets will be launched in the coming weeks.
