On 20 November, the prestigious Top 500 Award for Sustainable Growth by WELT in cooperation with Sopra Steria was presented for the 16th time. This award recognises companies that have achieved particularly impressive increases in revenue and profit through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
The 2025 Winners:

- Nordex SE – Dr. Ilya Hartmann
- Deutsche Börse AG – Niels Tomm
Around 40–50 guests from business, politics and academia—including numerous C-level decision-makers—attended the formal ceremony in Berlin. Sectors represented included mobility, finance, retail, tourism and telecommunications.
Dr. Ilya Hartmann, CFO Nordex SE, who personally joined the event, said that evening: 'Sustainable growth is not a short-term goal for us, but a central component of our corporate strategy.
