- Secures strong pipeline of cruise maintenance and upgrade projects with first three projects expected by 4Q2026
- Scope of multi-year agreement spans Carnival Corporation’s eight world-class cruise lines

Seatrium has renewed its multiyear agreement with the world’s largest cruise operator, Carnival Corporation, extending a longstanding strategic partnership established since 2010. The agreement underscores Seatrium's established track record and leading capabilities in delivering complex cruise ship maintenance, upgrades, revitalisations and retrofit solutions.
Under the Favoured Customer Contract ('FCC') agreement, Carnival Corporation is expected to dock a number of cruise vessels at Seatrium's facilities over the coming years for statutory inspections, maintenance, enhancements and upgrade works. The contract covers vessels across Carnival Corporation's global portfolio of eight renowned cruise lines, including AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises and Seabourn.
With the new agreement in place, Seatrium is scheduled to undertake works on three cruise vessels in the fourth quarter of 2026, namely Royal Princess and Carnival Luminosa in October 2026, followed by Seabourn Encore in November 2026. Several more cruise vessels from Carnival Corporation are expected to dock at Seatrium's yards between 2027 and 2029 under the agreement.
The FCC agreement offers FCC strategic partners certainty of repair slots at Seatrium’s facilities, while providing Seatrium with forward utilisation visibility and capacity optimisation opportunities. Seatrium currently has 22 FCC partners across world-leading owners and operators of cruises, LNG carriers, offshore vessels, naval and powerships, amongst others.
