THREE60 Energy has announced the acquisition of Subsea Engineering company, Samphire Subsea in a deal that will enhance THREE60’s broad range of capabilities across the energy services industry.
THREE60 has established itself as a trusted partner of fully integrated services for the energy sector through a series of strategic acquisitions, industrial diversification and geographical growth. This latest acquisition will further enhance THREE60’s lifecycle solutions offering by adding subsea engineering, operations and decommissioning experience to its Subsea service line, which was formed in October 2023.
Newly acquired Samphire was established in 2012 by a team of subsea industry experts to provide services for operated assets in mature basins and has grown its capability in recent years to offer a fully integrated service to maximise value and efficiency of operations and project delivery in the subsea sector.
The quality and experience of Samphire’s resources combined with a dynamic delivery model has enabled consistent business development and a track record of long-term client relationships.
