Vestas has announced two firm orders totaling 614 MW in Western Australia. The orders are part of Vestas' Q3 2026 order intake and mark another important step in supporting Australia's energy transition.
The orders for the Parron Maam Marang and Kondinin wind farms include a total of 99 V162-6.2 MW EnVentus wind turbines, as well as 30-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreements.

Together with the Warradarge, Warradarge 2, King Rocks, and Waddi wind energy projects, these new projects will strengthen energy security, support affordable electricity, and demonstrate how Vestas is helping customers scale renewable energy across Western Australia.
The orders include Vestas’ state-of-the-art turbine technology of the EnVentus platform, featuring V162-6.2 MW wind turbines, tailored to local site conditions. This highlights Vestas’ ability to deliver flexible, high-performance solutions for our customers’ wind energy projects.
