
The Board of Synergia Energy has announced an update regarding its Cambay PSC (50% WI) in India and Board structure update.
Cambay PSC Update
Oil production for April 2026 averaged 148 bopd primarily from two wells (C-64 and C-74) that were worked over in October 2025. Gas production for the month averaged 39 MCF/day from the C-77H well.
The Company is in discussion with its joint venture partner, Antelopus Selan Energy regarding the proposed new well (C-79) to be drilled later this year into the Eocene formation.
Board Changes
Mark Bolton, Non-Executive Director, is stepping down from the Synergia Board of Directors after several years of valuable service. Mark will continue to assist the Company under an advisory contract. The Company will look to appoint Stacey Britza, Synergia's Assistant Secretary, as a Non-Executive Director, and a further announcement will be made in due course following her appointment.
