EnQuest, an independent oil and gas production and development company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced that its wholly-owned affiliate, EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia, has signed the Cendramas Production Sharing Contract ('PSC') in partnership with Medco Asia Pacific and DIALOG Resources by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) through Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM).
Under the terms of the Joint Operating Agreement and the Cendramas PSC, EnQuest will hold a participating interest of 25.0% in the PSC, alongside DIALOG (25.0%) and Medco (50.0% and operator), effective from 23 September 2026.
