
Soiltech has been awarded a contract by an undisclosed Operator on Norwegian Continental Shelf for solid waste management services in connection with drilling operations on the Transocean Norge rig.
Under the contract, Soiltech will be responsible for the transfer of drill cuttings from the rig to shore. The operations will be carried out using Soiltech’s SmartTransfer™ system, including cuttings transfer tanks installed on the platform supply vessel (PSV).
Operations are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027. The contract is classified as a large+ contract(1) for Soiltech.
