Seatrium refers to its earlier announcement dated 23 February 2026 in relation to the divestment of the Group’s fleet of 17 tugboats in Singapore. The Group wishes to announce that the divestment has been completed on 24 April 2026. This divestment, alongside other non-core asset divestments disclosed in the earlier announcement, is expected to deliver over S$50 million in annualised cost savings upon completion.
