Highlights
- Blue Star has delivered its third helium trailer from the Pinon Canyon Plant on schedule, with a fourth tube trailer on site and being filled.
- Continued increases in helium output are expected toward the plant’s full design capacity, driven by planned production work, including debottlenecking the plant and gathering system, drilling additional development wells and deepening of existing wells.
Blue Star Helium advises that a third tube trailer of helium from the Pinon Canyon Plant at its Galactica Project in Las Animas County, Colorado has been delivered to the offtaker.(1) A fourth tube trailer is on site and being filled. Trailer exchanges continue to proceed on a scheduled basis, consistent with the Company's announcement of 28 July 2026.
Managing Director and CEO, Trent Spry, commented:
'Regular deliveries under our offtake agreement are now established. The focus remains on consistent sales and cash flow while we progress the planned work to lift output toward the plant's design capacity.
'Alongside helium sales, the Company remains focused on securing a commercial solution for the significant CO2 product, which would represent a valuable secondary revenue stream.'
The Company does not intend to announce each trailer exchange. However, while delivery cadence is being established, the Company considers early deliveries to be of continuing interest to the market. As regular exchanges become routine, individual deliveries will cease to be material and the Company will discontinue announcing them, continuing to report significant operational and commercial developments.
