Akastor ASA's 66.7% owned affiliate AKOFS Offshore has signed a firm contract for its vessel 'Aker Wayfarer' following a competitive tender process. The vessel will continue to perform services as a Subsea Equipment Support Vessel (SESV) for Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) in Brazil. -

PetroNor E&P: Interim financial report for the quarter ended 31 December 2025
In the fourth quarter, PetroNor E&P completed a lifting and sale of 540,000 bbls of entitlement oil, generating USD ~33 million in cash. Production rate increased with the conclusion of the infill drilling campaign, bringing the 2025 net exit rate to 5,400 bopd. -
