UK: Vattenfall unveils plans for two new onshore wind farms in East Anglia
Vattenfall has unveiled plans for two new onshore wind farms in East Anglia. If approved, Chatteris Wind Farm, to the south of Chatteris, could generate up to 126MW, while Redmere Wind Farm, near Shippea Hill, could generate up to 303MW. Combined, the two sites could generate enough electricity to power up to 321,369 homes per year. -

Eni has set a price cap on fuels marketed by Enilive
Eni has set a price cap on fuels marketed by Enilive at €2.19/l for diesel and €1.99/l for petrol (approximately 17 cents lower than current average levels). The price cap is linked to the excise tax relief in effect, and will be applied starting September 28, for an initial period of 30 days, with the possibility to be extended through the end of the year depending on market and supply trends.
