NSTA: UK Oil and Gas Reserves and Resources
The NSTA’s estimate for Proven and Probable (‘2P’) UK oil and gas reserves as at end 2025 is 2.5 billion barrels of oil equivalent (‘bn boe’), 0.4bn boe lower than as at end 2024. In 2025, around 380 million boe (‘mmboe’) were produced, and 40 million boe net were added from 2P Reserves. -

Australia: Inpex launches FEED for Australian offshore CCS project

SLB has announced results for the third-quarter 2026. Revenue of $9.45 billion increased 5% squentially and 6% year on year. USGS releases assessment of undiscovered natural gas resources in Alaska’s North Slope
The U.S. Geological Survey released an assessment estimating 96 trillion cubic feet of technically recoverable, undiscovered natural gas resources on Alaska’s North Slope. This is nearly three times the roughly 35 trillion cubic feet (TCFG) of proven gas reserves on the North Slope.
