Guyana: FPSO ONE GUYANA purchase by ExxonMobil Guyana completed
SBM Offshore and ExxonMobil Guyana, an affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, have completed the transaction related to the purchase of FPSO ONE GUYANA, ahead of the maximum lease term which would have expired in August 2027. The purchase allows ExxonMobil Guyana to assume ownership of the unit while SBM Offshore will continue to operate and maintain the FPSO up to 2035. -

BOEM advances second OBBBA Offshore Lease Sales
BOEM released the Final Notice of Sale for Lease Sale Big Beautiful Gulf 2 (BBG2), the second of 30 Gulf of America lease sales required by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Lease Sale BBG2 proposes to offer approx. 15,066 unleased blocks covering about 80.4 million acres on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf in the Gulf of America. -

Romania: Greenvolt secures €58.5 million financing for 49.8 MW wind project in Romania
Greenvolt Group, through Greenvolt Power, a global developer of large-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage, has secured €58.5 million in project finance with Erste Group Bank AG and Banca Comerciala Româna (BCR) to support the development of a 49.8 MW onshore wind project located in Sacele, in the Transylvania region, central Romania. -

Brazil: KUFPEC acquires 20% interest in Orca and Sul De Orca in Brazil
Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company ('KUFPEC') has reached an agreement to acquire a 20% interest in the Orca and Sul de Orca asset from Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell. Current estimated recoverable resource volumes of the Orca development are approx. 370 million barrels with production expected to start in 2029. -

Equinor fourth quarter and full year 2025 results
Equinor delivered an adjusted operating income of USD 6.20 billion and USD 1.55 billion after tax in the fourth quarter of 2025. Equinor reported a net operating income of USD 5.49 billion and a net income of USD 1.31 billion. Adjusted net income was USD 2.04 billion, leading to adjusted earnings per share of USD 0.81.
