UK: Conservatives to force Commons vote on North Sea drilling

US: 88 Energy announces South Prudhoe Prospective Resource Upgrade, North Slope Alaska
88 Energy has announced a material update to the Prospective Resource Estimate for its South Prudhoe Project (100% W.I.), located on Alaska's North Slope immediately south of the Prudhoe Bay Unit (PBU) and Kuparuk River Unit (KRU). For the South Prudhoe Project the estimated total gross unrisked 2U Prospective Resource has been revised to 768.9 million barrels of oil and NGL's (MMbbls), 640.7 MMbbls net to 88E. -

Australia: INPEX to acquire minority share in Browse
INPEX CORPORATION has announced that through its subsidiary, INPEX Mirai Upstream Pty Ltd, it has entered a sales and purchase agreement with PetroChina International Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd (CNPC) to acquire CNPC’s 10.67 percent participating interest in the Browse joint venture, including the Browse titles covering the Brecknock, Calliance and Torosa gas fields offshore Western Australia. -
