28 Mar 24UK: RWE expands its UK offshore wind development portfolio by 4.2 gigawatts
RWE, one of the world’s leading offshore wind companies, has completed the acquisition of three offshore wind projects in the UK from Vattenfall, which was announced at the end of December. The three projects – Norfolk Vanguard West, Norfolk Vanguard East and Norfolk Boreas – each with a planned capacity of 1.4 gigawatts (GW), are located 50 to 80 kilometres off the coast of Norfolk in East Anglia. -

AIM-listed Union Jack Oil, a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, has been informed by the Operator, Reach Oil & Gas Company Inc, that the drilling rig is on location and that the Andrews-1-17 well has now spudded. The Andrews-1-17 well will test the West Bowlegs Prospect, located in Seminole County, Oklahoma, USA in which Union Jack holds a 45% working interest. -

EnQuest achieved its 2023 targets, delivering strong operational performance across the operated portfolio and continuing to de-lever its balance sheet, with year-end EnQuest net debt reduced to $481 million. Statutory revenue and other income totalled $1,487.4 million (2022: $1,853.6 million) and adjusted EBITDA totalled $824.7 million (2022: $979.1 million). -
