Nordex obtains orders for 414 MW in France, Belgium and Portugal
At the end of the year 2025, the Nordex Group secured further significant orders for 15 wind energy projects in France, Belgium and Portugal. These projects represent with 78 turbines a total capacity of more than 414 MW. -

US: Sunrise Wind to file preliminary injunction against lease suspension order
Today, Sunrise Wind, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ørsted, will file a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, challenging the lease suspension order issued on December 22, 2025 by the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), which will be followed by a motion for a preliminary injunction. -

UK/Germany: Orrön Energy secures grid connections for six projects in the UK and obtains municipal approval for additional projects in Germany

Vietnam: Murphy Oil achieves appraisal success at Hai Su Vang Field, unlocking significant resource upside
Murphy Oil Corp has announced that its subsidiary has successfully drilled the Hai Su Vang-2X (HSV-2X) appraisal well in Block 15-2/17 in the Cuu Long Basin, located approx. 40 miles offshore of Vietnam. The well spud in early October 2025 and marks a major milestone in Murphy’s strategic appraisal campaign for the Hai Su Vang (Golden Sea Lion) field. -

US: Boralex commissions Sanjgon Energy Storage Project, initially Tilbury, its first operational storage facility in North America
Boralex, in partnership with Walpole Island First Nation, has announced the commercial commissioning of Sanjgon Battery Energy Storage, Boralex’s first energy storage facility in operation in North America. Located in the Municipality of Lakeshore, Ontario, the 80 MW / 320 MWh facility marks a major milestone in Boralex’s 2030 Strategy and its expansion into large-scale storage solutions. -

EMGS - Vessel activity and multi-client sales update for the fourth quarter 2025
Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) releases information on vessel activity and multi-client sales during the quarter approximately 4-5 working days after the close of each quarter. The Atlantic Guardian was redelivered to her owners at the expiry of the current charter period on 20 October 2025. The Company expects to recognize USD 3.5 million in multi-client prefunding revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025. -

Colombia: Maurel and Prom acquires a 61% working interest and operatorship in the Sinu-9 gas licence in Colombia
Etablissements Maurel & Prom (M&P) has announced that, further to its press release dated 29 December 2025 regarding the approval granted by Colombia’s National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), the transactions previously announced relating to the acquisition by M&P of a total 61% working interest and operatorship in the Sinu-9 gas licence in Colombia were successfully closed on Monday 5 January 2026. -

Prospex Energy appoints new CEO
Prospex Energy, the AIM-quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects, has announced that Mark Routh has advised the Board of his retirement as CEO and a director of the Company. Tom Reynolds will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company with effect from no later than 1 February 2026.
