US: Repsol advances its renewable energy strategy in the US with a new deal with Stonepeak
Repsol has advanced its renewable energy strategy in the United States with a new deal with Stonepeak. The investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets has agreed to acquire a 43.8% stake in Repsol's Outpost solar project, located in Webb County, Texas, for $252.5 million (€220 million). -

Angola: Maurel & Prom and BW Energy have signed an SPA for the acquisition of Azule Energy’s interests in Blocks 14 & 14K offshore Angola
BW Energy has in a consortium with Maurel & Prom signed an agreement to acquire a combined 20% non-operated interest in Block 14 and 10% in Block 14K offshore Angola from Azule Energy. The entry into Angola is a key step in BW Energy’s West Africa growth strategy and provides further diversification of it's resource base. -

UK: Harbour Energy to acquire Waldorf for £170 million
Harbour Energy has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the subsidiaries of Waldorf Energy Partners and Waldorf Production, currently in administration, for $170 million. The consideration will be funded through readily available sources of liquidity.
