US: Boralex commissions Sanjgon Energy Storage Project, initially Tilbury, its first operational storage facility in North America
Boralex, in partnership with Walpole Island First Nation, has announced the commercial commissioning of Sanjgon Battery Energy Storage, Boralex’s first energy storage facility in operation in North America. Located in the Municipality of Lakeshore, Ontario, the 80 MW / 320 MWh facility marks a major milestone in Boralex’s 2030 Strategy and its expansion into large-scale storage solutions. -

EMGS - Vessel activity and multi-client sales update for the fourth quarter 2025
Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) releases information on vessel activity and multi-client sales during the quarter approximately 4-5 working days after the close of each quarter. The Atlantic Guardian was redelivered to her owners at the expiry of the current charter period on 20 October 2025. The Company expects to recognize USD 3.5 million in multi-client prefunding revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025. -

The presence of a source rocks is the number one prerequisite for forming petroleum. Documentation of a new source rock can create new exploration opportunities, particularly in areas with no previously known source rocks. -

Colombia: Maurel and Prom acquires a 61% working interest and operatorship in the Sinu-9 gas licence in Colombia
Etablissements Maurel & Prom (M&P) has announced that, further to its press release dated 29 December 2025 regarding the approval granted by Colombia’s National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), the transactions previously announced relating to the acquisition by M&P of a total 61% working interest and operatorship in the Sinu-9 gas licence in Colombia were successfully closed on Monday 5 January 2026. -

Oman: Government of Oman signs Feasibility Study Agreement with Westlawn Middle East and Salamander Solutions Middle East
The Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM) of the Sultanate of Oman has signed a Feasibility Study Agreement with Westlawn Middle East LLC (WLME) and Salamander Solutions Middle East LLC (SSME) to evaluate the potential for heavy crude oil production in Block 71 using Salamander's advanced electric heating technology.
