Union Jack Oil signs facility agreement with Egdon Resources UK
AIM-listed Union Jack Oil, a UK and USA focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, has announced the signing of a facility agreement with Egdon Resources U.K. through which Egdon has agreed to provide Union Jack with a secured term loan facility of £1,000,000. The Loan will provide the Company with additional working capital for general corporate purposes. -

Gambia: Eni awarded exploration Block A1 in The Gambia
Eni and the Government of The Gambia have signed a Petroleum Exploration Development and Production License Agreement for the Block A1 offshore the Republic of The Gambia. The Block A1 covers an area of 1,300 km2 in water depths ranging from 1,250 to 3,300 m. The Block is located in a region of the Atlantic margin with proven hydrocarbon discoveries. -
