Germany: RWE raises outlook for fiscal years 2026 and 2027
Preliminary results for the first half of 2026 exceed market expectations. Additional positive earnings effects from the increase in RWE’s stake in transmission system operator Amprion, a compensation payment in the Flexible Generation segment and higher earnings from international power generation lead to an increase in the earnings outlook for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. -

Germany: RWE to build large-scale storage at Hambach mine
RWE is continuing to expand its battery storage portfolio and is constructing a new large-scale storage facility on the site of the Hambach opencast mine. The first of a total of 128 lithium-ion battery containers have already been delivered. The large-scale storage facility will have a capacity of 236 megawatts (MW) and a storage capacity of 470 megawatt-hours (MWh). The facility is scheduled to come on stream in 2027. -

Eni reports results for the second quarter and half year 2026 - Excellent 2Q performance and enhanced guidance; increased shareholder returns
Eni's Board of Directors, chaired by Giuseppina Di Foggia, has approved the consolidated results for the second quarter and first half of 2026. As a result of strong execution and the market environment, Eni raises guidance on 2026 production to around 5% underlying growth and increases its distribution policy to €3.4 bln of share buyback. -

Nordex Group achieves double-digit EBITDA margin in Q2/2026, strong order intake growth, and positive free cash flow
The Nordex Group reported solid operational and financial performance in the second quarter of 2026. Sales reached around EUR 2.2 billion in Q2/2026, 16.3 percent up compared to the previous-year quarter (Q2/2025: EUR 1.9 billion). Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the second quarter of 2026 more than doubled to EUR 223.8 million (Q2/2025: EUR 108.2 million) reaching a double-digit EBITDA margin of 10.3 percent (Q2/2025: 5.8 percent). -

MPC Energy Solutions completes sale of solar projects in Guatemala and El Salvador
MPC Energy Solutions NV ('MPCES') has concluded the sale of two solar PV plants in El Salvador and Guatemala. The agreement to sell the two projects – referred to as Project Merlin – was signed in November of last year and the sale was approved by the Company’s shareholders in December 2025.
