Denmark: Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Vestforbrænding to partner up on Carbon Capture and Storage
The two companies have formed a partnership to jointly develop, build, and operate a carbon capture facility outside of Copenhagen in Denmark. The facility is expected to capture 500,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.

Denmark: BlueNord announces preliminary production figures for December 2024 and full year 2024
BlueNord has announced its preliminary production figures for December 2024 and for the full year of 2024. The base assets, Dan, Gorm and Halfdan produced 22.2 mboepd and 6.7 mboepd was produced from the Tyra hub. The preliminary total production for 2024 was 25.0 mboepd net to BlueNord.

Denmark: BlueNord provides update on Tyra Redevelopment Project
BlueNord has issued an update on the progress of the Tyra Redevelopment Project ('Tyra II'). The ramp-up of Tyra II is underway, with gas production successfully re-established from three of the six fields. However, operational challenges and adverse offshore weather conditions have impacted progress and limited weather windows have delayed the reactivation of the Tyra satellite wells.

Harbour Energy and its project partners have announced a final investment decision (FID) for the Greensand Future carbon capture and storage (CCS) project in Denmark. The project will store carbon dioxide from Danish emitters in a depleted oil field under the Danish North Sea. Harbour holds a 40% non-operated interest, alongside operator INEOS E&P (40%) and Nordsofonden (20%).
