Indonesia: Texcal to drill BA-01 exploration well in the Mahato PSC, Indonesia JV partner Cue Energy has announced that Texcal, the operator of the Mahato PSC in Indonesia, is planning to drill the BA-01 exploration well. The primary target is the Miocene-age Telisa Formation sandstone reservoir at a depth of 900ft. A secondary target is the Menggala Formation, expected at approx. 2500ft. Both targets are producing reservoirs in the Central Sumatra Basin. |

Under the agreement, the Tangguh PSC, which consists of the Berau, Muturi and Wiriagar PSCs and was due to expire in 2035, will be extended to 2055. |
