AIM-listed ATOME, the world-leading low-carbon fertiliser developer and the UK's only dedicated international industrial scale low-carbon fertiliser company, has provided a further update on the funding of its US$650 million landmark, 260,000 tonnes-per-year, low-carbon fertiliser plant at Villeta, Paraguay.

Further to the announcement of 10 April 2026, the longstop date has now been extended to Wednesday 22 April 2026 to enable the finalisation of the equity documentation and the financial arrangements relating to the Company.
