The Continental European Energy Council (CEEC) will hold its first London Roadshow on 11 December at the Holiday Inn London Regent’s Park. This roadshow will bring together the Continental European energy sector with the London energy and investment communities.
The one day Roadshow provides insight to the technical and financial resources required to meet Europe’s immediate challenges in achieving Energy Security targets. The CEEC Roadshow will inform your company’s investment process within the European energy landscape. The event will provide an unparalleled networking opportunity.
The CEEC is the prime venue for energy dealmaking in Continetal Europe. The CEEC was founded over thirty years ago with the purpose of bringing together Eastern European energy producers with Western companies. The London roadshow is the next natural step in this mission enabling companies to participate with our over 100 affiliated companies which range from startups to supermajors.
The London Roadshow will follow the CEEC’s proven formula of a morning session covering the energy panorama, legal and commercial factors and subsurface opportunities, followed by an afternoon session showcasing farmout opportunities and capped off with a festive Christmas cocktail. The CEEC brings together the technical and commercial sides of the business showcasing opportunities for investment and partnership in Europe, including both onshore and offshore projects. CEEC’s Executive Director Helena Dobrova states ’We have an excellent program prepared with well recognized industry experts sharing their insight on opportunities in hydrocarbons, hydrogen, helium and geothermal energy.’
The CEEC meets each six months in a different European city where the national hosts provide a program highlighting geologic opportunities, the country’s legal and fiscal framework and a history of subsurface exploration and exploitation. The program is structured to provide abundant networking opportunities for deal making. Several members state 'Most of the deals in Continental Europe in the last ten years have been made at the CEEC. We even know of at least three new companies that were started at CEEC events.’
