Further to the Company's announcement on 21 June 2024, when Baron Oil shareholders approved, at the AGM, the Company's name change to Sunda Energy, Sunda Energy has announced that its change of name has become effective at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on the change of name has been issued.
The Company's new details have been registered with the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM under the new Sunda Energy Plc name and the new TIDM of 'SNDA' was expected to commence on 5 July 2024.
In order to reflect its new name, the Company's website address (including the information required by AIM Rule 26) has been changed to https://www.sundaenergy.com. In addition, a new Company presentation has been uploaded to the website. See: Building an Asian Gas Champion - Annual General Meeting
