UK: Diverse and inclusive line-up of speakers confirmed for OEUK’s women in leadership lunch at at Offshore Europe

'North Sea leadership: Where Are the women? Celebrating success, driving progress’ is the theme of a lunchtime session on September 3 presented by Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) and sponsored by Altrad at the Offshore Europe conference in Aberdeen.

Tickets are going fast for the event at P&J Live, which will spotlight the inspiring women leading the way in the sector, while encouraging practical discussion on the barriers that remain. Designed to encourage lively and stimulating debate, the lunch brings industry together – men and women alike – to focus on progress, share experiences, and explore what can be done to build a more inclusive future.

Speakers confirmed include:

  • The Rt Hon Claire Coutinho MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero and Shadow Minister for Equalities

  • Katy Heidenreich, Supply Chain & People Director, OEUK
  • Natalie Coupar, Marketing & Communications Director, OEUK

Katy Heidenreich, OEUK’s Supply Chain & People Director, said:

The OEUK lunch will feature several components, including a fireside chat with Doris Reiter and Katy Heidenreich, who will discuss current developments in diversity and inclusion within the industry. Attendees will also be invited to contribute their perspectives on how they define success in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
