As part of our commitment to supporting future talent, last week we were delighted to host a local Year 11 student for a work experience placement. During their time with us, they had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into our day-to-day operations, work alongside our team, develop practical skills, and learn about geology and its vital role in the geological industries.
Supporting and inspiring young people to pursue geology is more important than ever. By encouraging the next generation into the profession, we can help ensure industries, such as those in the energy sector, have the skilled talent needed to drive innovation, support sustainable energy security, and meet the challenges of the future energy landscape.
