The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) has published updated guidance on making applications for a carbon storage permit.
The updated Guidance is intended to assist operators that plan to notify the NSTA of a planned change in the operation of the storage site.
This guidance explains the process that takes place when a change is notified to the North Sea Transition Authority and what evidence may be requested by the NSTA.
