AIM-listed Orcadian Energy has announced that the Company has acquired all of the ordinary shares of HALO Offshore UK from the joint liquidators of Hague and London Oil (in liquidation).
HALO has held a number of licences across the Southern North Sea, including participation in wells on Pegasus and Andromeda. Most recently, HALO held a licence over the depleted Schooner field. HALO does not currently hold any licences.
