Further to its announcement on 21 October 2026, Serica Energy is pleased to announce that the Company's ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') are expected to be admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's ('LSE') main market for listed securities ('Main Market') (together, 'Admission') at 8:00am today and simultaneously cancelled from trading on AIM, a market operated by the LSE.
The Company is not offering any new Ordinary Shares nor any other securities in connection with Admission. Following Admission, the Ordinary Shares will continue to be registered under their existing ISIN, GB00B0CY5V57, but will trade under a new TIDM, changing from SQZ to SER.
On Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 393,568,407 Ordinary Shares of $0.10 each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, and therefore at Admission the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 393,568,407. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company's shareholders should consult their own professional advisers regarding the consequences of Admission on their personal tax position.
