Germany: DNV advises on TotalEnergies' sale of 800 MW German battery portfolio to Allianz Global Investors
DNV, the independent energy expert and assurance provider, acted as technical advisor to TotalEnergies to support the sale of a 50 percent stake in an 800 MW portfolio of battery storage projects in Germany to Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI). The portfolio, comprising 11 projects currently under construction, represents 789 MW / 1628 MWh of capacity and is expected to reach commercial operation by 2028. -

Constellation Oil Services has announced the successful conclusion of negotiations with Petrobras, securing US$1.1 billion backlog and extending key contracts. The amendments add together nearly 10 years of contract extensions for the Brava Star ultra-deepwater DP drillship and the Gold Star and Alpha Star 6th generation ultra-deepwater semi-submersible rigs. -

Turkey: Nordex Group secures a new order for 120 MW in Türkiye
The Nordex Group has received a new order in Türkiye from Balikesir Elektrik Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim ve Satis A.S., a subsidiary of Efor Holding. The contract comprises the supply and installation of 18 N175/6.X wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 120 MW for the R25-Balikesir-2 WPP wind farm. -

EnQuest will hold a participating interest of 25.0% in the PSC, alongside DIALOG (25.0%) and Medco (50.0% and operator). -

Germany: Nordex Group expands wind farm in Germany by an additional 40 MW
The Nordex Group has received an order totaling 39.9 MW from NeXtWind Management GmbH in Germany. As part of the Lütau 2 repowering project in the District of Duchy of Lauenburg in Schleswig-Holstein, Nordex will supply seven N149/5.X wind turbines on 125-meter tubular steel towers. -
