QatarEnergy's CEO said Qatar’s LNG expansion projects are moving ahead on track towards an increased production capacity of 142 million tons per annum, adding that 'with 18 million tons per annum coming from our LNG project in Texas, Qatar will be doubling its LNG production capacity in the next few years.' -

PETRONAS has made a third hydrocarbon discovery in Block 52 at the Fusaea-1 exploration well in Suriname’s Block 52, located about 170 kms offshore and 9 kms east from Roystonea-1. The well encountered several oil and gas-bearing Campanian sandstone reservoir packages. -
16 May 24UK: DNO completes acquisition of 25 percent of UK’s Arran field
DNO, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has announced the completion of the acquisition of a 25 percent interest in the Arran field on the UK Continental Shelf by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary DNO Exploration UK from ONE-Dyas E&P. The field is operated by Shell UK and was brought on stream in 2021 as a subsea tie-back to the Shell-operated Shearwater A platform. -

15 May 24Nigeria: Seplat Energy announces commissioning of the ANOH gas processing plant
Seplat Energy, a leading Nigerian independent energy company listed on both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and London Stock Exchange, has announced the commissioning of the ANOH gas processing plant. The ANOH Gas Processing Company (AGPC), an incorporated joint venture between Seplat Energy and NNPC Gas Infrastructure Company (NGIC), is delivering the ANOH gas plant with Phase One processing capacity of 300mmscfd.
